Report a problem
Describe what you were doing, device, browser or app version and when it happened. If possible attach a screenshot without private information. Never send passwords, recovery codes, Google/Facebook codes or private invitation links.
Accounts and recovery
Start as a guest; sign in for friend challenges and Elo. Password recovery uses the code shown at registration: no fake password-reset email is sent. Google and Facebook work only when their configuration is active.
Games and connection
The server runs the clocks even when you disconnect. Reopen the game to retrieve its current state. Avoid clearing cookies or app data if you need to retain access to a guest session.
Review and fair play
Post-game review compares moves with Stockfish. A provisional judgement or accuracy score does not certify a player’s strength or fair play. Send a private report from your finished human game when needed.
